Of course. Let’s take a look together 👋

MOBILE + WEB + YOUR NEXT APP All flowing into one inbox.

THE RIGHT TOOL FOR YOUR KIND OF CREW

## Especially useful when one app becomes three.

Orka’s advantage is the shared support home. A mobile app, a SaaS and a Shopify store can sit in separate projects while your team handles their conversations together. Use one project for one product across platforms, or separate them when that makes the context clearer.

### An answer without the tab hunt

Keep the conversation next to the customer’s problem. Your team gets the project context and the visitor attributes your integration supplies.

### The right person for the tricky bit

Use assignments and private notes when a question needs a developer. Your customer should not have to repeat the whole story because someone else joined.

### Help before the first message

Let people search your published articles inside the widget. Keep app setup, account questions and product guidance easy to find.

### Room to put your phone down

Choose when to reply yourself and when Orky can help. Availability and honest response expectations matter more than pretending every founder works around the clock.

 REAL APPS. RELATABLE SUPPORT QUESTIONS.

## From a better fishing day to a dream garden.

Two different products. Two different sets of questions. The same way to bring a customer’s context into one support inbox.

 HOW THE EMBED WORKS

## A support page. A view inside your app.

If your app already has a trusted web layer, add the Orka snippet once in that layer. For native apps, a developer can embed a dedicated HTTPS support page through WKWebView on iOS or WebView on Android. Keep the integration scoped to the support experience and test it on both platforms.

A shared web support page can reduce duplicated work, but it still needs platform testing. Keyboard behavior, permissions, links, session lifecycle and network interruptions are part of the integration. Do not assume the same result from a desktop browser test.

↓ 02 A trusted web support view Your HTTPS page + your Orka snippet

↓ 03 Your shared Orka inbox The same team. The right project.

BEFORE YOU SHIP IT TO EVERYONE

## Test the journey, not just the bubble.

Start with one test project. Copy the complete snippet from that project’s Installation screen. Install it once on the support page and confirm it works over HTTPS.

Open the support view in the app. Keep the content you load under your control. Check JavaScript, screen size, keyboard behavior, the Back action and navigation to external destinations.

Send context deliberately. Attach only support-relevant attributes. Keep server credentials outside the webview. If an account changes or signs out, confirm that the next person does not inherit the previous visitor’s identity.

Complete a conversation on a real device. Send a test message, reply from Orka and confirm it arrives. Put the app in the background, return to it and test a poor network. Document any behavior you need to address before release.

 FOR YOUR TEAM, TOO

## Put chat in your app. Answer from the Orka app.

Your customers use the chat you embed. Your team can follow and answer their conversations in Orka’s own mobile apps.

## Choose for your actual requirements.

### Orka belongs on your shortlist if…

You run several apps or a mixed portfolio, want one inbox and help center, and can integrate and test an embedded web support view. You value a simple team plan and optional AI assistance.

### Compare other approaches if…

A native UI SDK, deeply integrated mobile notifications or a specific offline guarantee is essential. An enterprise mobile-support platform may be a better fit for those requirements. Ask for a demonstration on your target devices.

YOUR BEARINGS, BEFORE YOU DIVE IN

## Your in-app support questions, answered.

Still wondering about something? [Ask a human at Orka ↗](mailto:hello@orka.chat)

What is the best live chat for mobile apps? + Orka is a strong fit for a founder or small team supporting several products and willing to embed a web-based chat experience. If your main requirement is a native SDK, offline messaging behavior or advanced mobile push delivery, verify those requirements with vendors before choosing.

Can I use the same inbox for iOS, Android and my website? + Yes. Use the same Orka project when the platforms are the same product, or separate projects when you want distinct product context. Pass relevant platform information and keep the conversations in your shared inbox.

Does the chat stay inside my app? + With an embedded support view, the visitor can chat without being sent to a separate email app. Your developer controls how that view opens, closes and returns to the product. External links and account actions need their own handling.

Are Fish Spots and Garden AI examples of Orka customers? + They are used here to illustrate app-support scenarios: a fishing app and an outdoor-design app. The example conversations are fictional, not customer testimonials or claims about their current implementations.

Can I pass a subscription plan and app version to support? + Use Orka’s JavaScript SDK and its custom visitor attributes to send the relevant attributes your app is allowed to share. App version, platform, plan and language can help. Do not send passwords, purchase receipts, access tokens or precise location by default.

Can Orky answer inside the embedded chat? + You can configure Orky for drafts or automatic replies based on your knowledge. Teach it product behavior through clear help articles. Use a person for sensitive, uncertain or account-specific decisions.

Will Orky change an App Store or Google Play subscription? + The chat can explain your documented process and help a person understand the next step. Embedding a widget does not grant it the ability to cancel, refund or modify a store subscription.

Does the web widget provide native push notifications? + This guide does not promise native mobile push delivery. Treat native notifications, offline behavior and session persistence as separate requirements to confirm and test for your integration.

Can users read help articles before chatting? + Yes. Orka includes a multilingual help center and a searchable Help tab in the widget. Articles can answer repeated setup questions and also help Orky draft or generate a response.

How much does a small app portfolio cost? + Solo is free for one person, Pod is $29 per month for up to three people and Fleet is $99 per month for up to twenty. Unlimited projects and the help center are included on every plan. AI usage is separate.

Are Orka’s iOS and Android operator apps the same as in-app chat? + No. Operator apps are for your team to reply from a phone. Embedded visitor chat is the support experience you add to your own product. They serve different people and require different setup.
