## Read what they wrote. And what they meant.

 The incoming message stays in its original language. Your team’s translation appears just below it, separated by a line and clearly labelled “Translation, only seen by your team.” 

 You can refer back to the exact words without leaving the conversation or copying them into another tool.

 02 / REPLY 

## Write naturally. Reply in their language.

 Use the language control beside Send to choose the visitor’s language. The composer keeps your Original message alongside the translated draft, so you can review it before sending.

 In the thread, the visitor-facing reply and your original text stay together. The original is marked as visible only to your team.

 03 / COLLABORATE 

## One team. Several working languages.

 You don’t have to choose one translation language for everyone. Add English, French or another language from the conversation’s Language panel.

 Multiple translations can sit below the same message. A teammate can take over with the original and the shared context still in view.

 04 / STAY IN CONTROL 

## Add a language. Stop it when you’re done.

 Active languages appear individually in the side panel. Each has its own Stop control, so you can manage the translations that conversation needs.

 Sending a reply remains your action. Read the translated draft, check the original and press Send when you’re ready.

 POWERED YOUR WAY 

## Orka AI, or your own key.

 Conversation translation is available on Pro and Max . Choose Orka AI without adding a key, or connect OpenAI, Anthropic or OpenRouter .

 AI usage is separate from your plan. With your own key, you pay your provider directly, with no Orka markup.

 Can Orka translate messages from visitors? + Yes. Enable a translation language in the conversation’s Language panel. The visitor’s original message stays visible, with the translation below it for your team.

 Can I translate my own replies? + Yes. Choose the visitor’s language from the language control in the reply composer. Your translated reply and original message are visible together in your dashboard, so you can review the reply before sending.

 What if teammates speak different languages? + You can enable more than one translation language in the same conversation. For example, a Dutch message can appear with English and French translations, so both teammates can follow along.

 Will the visitor see our internal translations? + The dashboard marks team-only content explicitly. Translations of incoming messages are only seen by your team. For a translated outgoing reply, your original text is also marked as team-only.

 Can I stop translating a language? + Yes. The Language panel lists enabled translations with a Stop control for each language. You can manage languages individually.

 Which plans include translation? + Two-way AI conversation translation is available on Pro and Max. AI usage is billed separately. Use Orka AI without supplying a key, or bring an OpenAI, Anthropic or OpenRouter API key and pay that provider directly.
