1. What this policy covers

This policy describes cookies and similar storage on Orka’s marketing website, including its feature and legal pages. The site is operated by BIGMO SAS, 14 Rue Charles IV, 75004 Paris, France. Contact: [email protected].

The account dashboard and Orka widgets installed on other websites operate in their own contexts. A host website can also add its own tools. Read the information shown in that service or on that website; the inventory below is specific to this marketing site.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small value a website asks your browser to store and send with later requests. Local storage is a different browser store used by a page to remember information. It is not automatically included in every network request.

Storage can support a requested function, remember a preference or, with appropriate choices, measure or advertise. Its purpose matters more than its name. This site’s current application code does not install advertising pixels, analytics cookies or third-party analytics scripts.

4. Your controls

You can remove this site’s saved color preference now. This does not sign you out of the dashboard, delete a customer conversation or change cookies on another website.

Only this website’s color preference will be removed.

You can also use your browser’s site-data settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and local storage for a particular domain. If you revisit the landing page, it may save the current default color again. Blocking storage prevents the preference from being remembered; the page still works.

Clearing data for the separate dashboard can affect sign-in or account preferences. Clearing local browser data is not the same as requesting deletion of information held by a service.

5. External websites and infrastructure

The “See Orka on your website” tool only loads the external website after you submit its address. That website may use its own cookies or other storage, subject to its policies and your browser’s restrictions. The branded preview option avoids showing the external page, although its public favicon may still be requested. Closing the modal stops displaying the embedded page.

Ordinary external links load the destination when you follow them. The destination’s privacy and cookie information then applies. Cloudflare delivers and protects this website; infrastructure protections can depend on the request and browser environment.

7. Updates and contact

We revise this policy when the website’s storage behavior changes. The date at the top identifies this version. Questions about a cookie or your data can be sent to [email protected]. Include the relevant website or service so we can answer for the right context.
