Is the help center really included on the free plan?+
Yes. Orka includes the help center on every plan, with multilingual publishing. Your team size and other support features still depend on the plan. Managed Orky token usage is priced separately; free help-center access is not a promise of unlimited AI-agent usage.
Can it use my own domain?+
Yes. Use an orka.help address or connect your own domain, such as help.yourcompany.com. The setup shows the DNS record to add. You can also set your site title, subtitle, color and website link.
Can I edit an automatic translation?+
Yes. Choose the language in the article editor and edit its text. Source changes mark translations outdated, and you can translate missing content or run a translation again. Review important policy wording before relying on it.
Is Markdown automatically better for SEO or AI visibility?+
Markdown keeps content readable and structured, which is useful for authoring and reuse. It does not guarantee search rankings or AI citations. Useful text, clear navigation, accessible pages and current information still matter.
Will publishing an article replace human support?+
No. It gives visitors a way to find an answer and gives Orky useful knowledge. People can still start a conversation when the question needs context, an exception or a human decision.
