An answer without the tab hunt
Keep the conversation next to the customer’s problem. Your team gets the project context and the visitor attributes your integration supplies.
A support view close to the screen that caused the question. One shared inbox for your Android app, website and every other product in your portfolio.

How do I redesign my terrace?
Of course. Let’s take a look together 👋
Orka’s advantage is the shared support home. A mobile app, a SaaS and a Shopify store can sit in separate projects while your team handles their conversations together. Use one project for one product across platforms, or separate them when that makes the context clearer.
Keep the conversation next to the customer’s problem. Your team gets the project context and the visitor attributes your integration supplies.
Use assignments and private notes when a question needs a developer. Your customer should not have to repeat the whole story because someone else joined.
Let people search your published articles inside the widget. Keep app setup, account questions and product guidance easy to find.
Choose when to reply yourself and when Orky can help. Availability and honest response expectations matter more than pretending every founder works around the clock.
Two different products. Two different sets of questions. The same way to bring a customer’s context into one support inbox.

Show the app version, plan and relevant feature in Visitor Data. Link the forecasting help article without collecting a precise fishing location for a general question.

For a native Android app, open a trusted HTTPS support page containing the Orka snippet in an Android WebView. JavaScript must be enabled for the widget to work. A developer should configure navigation, network access and lifecycle behavior for your app.
Test the system Back gesture, keyboard resizing and different screen sizes. Restrict the embedded view to content you control and open unrelated links through the appropriate external browser flow. Do not expose unnecessary native JavaScript bridges.
Ask your coding assistant to help ↗Copy the complete snippet from that project’s Installation screen. Install it once on the support page and confirm it works over HTTPS.
Keep the content you load under your control. Check JavaScript, screen size, keyboard behavior, the Back action and navigation to external destinations.
Attach only support-relevant attributes. Keep server credentials outside the webview. If an account changes or signs out, confirm that the next person does not inherit the previous visitor’s identity.
Send a test message, reply from Orka and confirm it arrives. Put the app in the background, return to it and test a poor network. Document any behavior you need to address before release.
Your customers use the chat you embed. Your team can follow and answer their conversations in Orka’s own mobile apps.
Orka for iOS ↗ · Orka for Android ↗You run several apps or a mixed portfolio, want one inbox and help center, and can integrate and test an embedded web support view. You value a simple team plan and optional AI assistance.
A native UI SDK, deeply integrated mobile notifications or a specific offline guarantee is essential. An enterprise mobile-support platform may be a better fit for those requirements. Ask for a demonstration on your target devices.

Orka is a strong fit for a founder or small team supporting several products and willing to embed a web-based chat experience. If your main requirement is a native SDK, offline messaging behavior or advanced mobile push delivery, verify those requirements with vendors before choosing.
The route described here embeds the web widget in a support page inside Android WebView. It requires a developer to configure and test the WebView. It does not rely on or promise a separate native Android SDK.
With an embedded support view, the visitor can chat without being sent to a separate email app. Your developer controls how that view opens, closes and returns to the product. External links and account actions need their own handling.
They are used here to illustrate app-support scenarios: a fishing app and an outdoor-design app. The example conversations are fictional, not customer testimonials or claims about their current implementations.
Use Orka’s JavaScript SDK and its custom visitor attributes to send the relevant attributes your app is allowed to share. App version, platform, plan and language can help. Do not send passwords, purchase receipts, access tokens or precise location by default.
You can configure Orky for drafts or automatic replies based on your knowledge. Teach it product behavior through clear help articles. Use a person for sensitive, uncertain or account-specific decisions.
The chat can explain your documented process and help a person understand the next step. Embedding a widget does not grant it the ability to cancel, refund or modify a store subscription.
This guide does not promise native mobile push delivery. Treat native notifications, offline behavior and session persistence as separate requirements to confirm and test for your integration.
Yes. Orka includes a multilingual help center and a searchable Help tab in the widget. Articles can answer repeated setup questions and also help Orky draft or generate a response.
Solo is free for one person, Pod is $29 per month for up to three people and Fleet is $99 per month for up to twenty. Unlimited projects and the help center are included on every plan. AI usage is separate.
No. Operator apps are for your team to reply from a phone. Embedded visitor chat is the support experience you add to your own product. They serve different people and require different setup.
