Give your tool a clear task and the context it needs. Here are a few starting points from Orka’s MCP settings.
“Document the feature I just shipped in the help center.”
“Which questions could the AI not answer this month? Draft the missing articles.”
“Find the conversations about the export bug and leave a note that it is fixed.”
“Ask our AI agent how refunds work, and tell me what it is missing.”

Yes. Orka’s MCP server is available at https://api.orka.chat/public-api/mcp. It connects compatible AI tools to a project in your Orka workspace.
Connect your team’s AI tools to write help-center content, read support conversations and set up your AI agent. For example, ask your tool to draft documentation for a feature you just shipped.
Yes. During the Orka login flow, you choose the project to connect. Open that project’s Developers settings to find its MCP connection instructions.
Clients that support Orka’s login flow can connect through login without you pasting a token. Other MCP-over-HTTP clients can use an Authorization header with Bearer followed by an Orka API token. Keep API tokens in the client’s secure configuration, never in public website code.
No. The widget lets visitors contact you on your website. MCP lets your AI tools work with an Orka project. You can also use the JavaScript SDK to add visitor data to conversations.
