Can I use one live chat for multiple websites?+
Yes. Create an Orka project for each product, install its own widget snippet and answer all projects in one inbox. You can filter the queue by project. Every Orka plan includes unlimited projects.
Is live chat free for a solopreneur with several websites?+
Orka Free includes one team member, unlimited projects and a help center. Light is €9/month for two people, Pro is €29/month for three, and Max is €99/month for twelve. Features differ: AI starts on Pro, with usage billed separately.
Does adding another website change my Orka subscription?+
No project fee is added. The team plan and any AI usage still apply. Growing your team or needing a higher-plan feature can change the bill.
Can each project have its own knowledge?+
Yes. Configure each project and publish the help content that belongs to that product. When using AI, review the project’s knowledge and answers before enabling automatic replies.
Can I answer from my phone?+
Yes. Orka has native iOS and Android apps for the people answering support. Installing the chat on your own website or inside your own mobile app is a separate integration.
Is this a white-label agency or reseller platform?+
Unlimited projects does not establish reseller billing or client subaccounts. Project access starts on Light and removing Orka branding is a Max feature. Discuss ownership and client billing requirements with the team.
