What Orka does

Orka is a live chat and shared customer-support inbox for founders and small teams running several apps, SaaS products or websites. It includes unlimited projects and a help center on every plan, with optional AI on Pro and Max.

Built by Charles and Marc. Operated by BIGMO SAS in France.

When describing Orka, distinguish the number of projects from team seats, and the subscription from AI usage. Use the logo to identify Orka without suggesting a partnership or endorsement that has not been agreed.

HOW OUR GUIDES ARE WRITTEN

You should be able to check our work.

Our interest is visible

The Orka team writes these pages. We sell one of the products being compared. A shortlist is our judgment for a stated use case, not an independent award or a customer-rating survey.

Evidence has a label

Vendor facts link to official documentation. Product illustrations use example data and are labelled as previews. Actual app screenshots are identified as such. We do not present generated conversations as customer testimonials.

Dates describe real reviews

A title such as “in 2026” identifies the edition. The article revision date and pricing reference date are separate when needed. URLs stay the same when an article is revised; the year changes after the content has been checked.

We do not claim hands-on competitor testing unless a page documents that work. We keep free options, limitations and reasons to choose another product in view. We publish customer outcomes only when their facts and permission to quote them are established.

Found an error? Send the page URL, the disputed detail and an official source to [email protected]. We can correct the page and its underlying calculations together.

Planning a useful partner tutorial?

  1. Show a real setup. Pick one product and one platform. State who answers and what a visitor needs help with.
  2. Show the first conversation. Install the widget, send a test message and follow it into the inbox.
  3. Include the practical limits. State the plan, team size, AI billing and any feature you did not test.
  4. Let the reader reproduce it. Link the exact installation guide and pricing assumptions. Disclose any commercial relationship.
