Help Scout articles.
Just paste the link.

Bring your existing Help Scout Docs content into Orka without rebuilding the article library by hand. Paste its public URL and the import runs for you.

THE LINK TO COPY

Your public help center.

Copy the public address of your Docs site, including a custom domain if you use one. Your Help Scout mailbox address and the editor URL are not the public help-center link.

The example address above is illustrative. Use your own published help-center URL.

SAME LINK. TWO WAYS TO START.

Already aboard?

You only need your public Help Scout help-center URL. Choose the route that matches where you are today.

01

During account creation

Create your Orka account. When asked about your existing help center, paste its public link and start the import. Orka takes care of bringing the articles across automatically.

02

In the Help center tab

Already using Orka? Open the right project, go to the Help center tab and choose the import option. Paste your existing help-center link and start the automatic import.

Your content is here.
Make it feel at home.

01

Read a few articles

Open a short answer and a longer guide. Check their text, images, links and organization. You can edit them in Orka’s Markdown editor.

02

Try it as a visitor

Search for a familiar question in your public help center and in the widget’s Help tab. Confirm the answer is easy to find.

03

Connect your new home

Choose your branding and help-center domain, then update the links you share with customers. Try a few article links your team regularly shares, then check how those answers appear in the Orka widget. If you also use Beacon, plan its replacement separately from the article import.

This is a help-article import. Conversation history, inbox rules and domain redirects are separate from the automatic article migration.

Keep building on your knowledge.

Your published articles become available on your help site and inside the widget. They also feed Orky’s knowledge when you choose to use AI. Add languages and review translations as your audience grows.

How do I migrate my Help Scout help center to Orka?

Paste your public Help Scout help-center URL during account creation, or use the import option in the Help center tab of an existing Orka project. Orka imports the articles automatically.

Do I need to export a CSV or copy each article?

No. For a supported help-center source, the import starts from its public URL. You do not need to rebuild the articles one by one.

Can I import after I have created my account?

Yes. Open the project’s Help center tab and start an import with your existing help-center URL.

Is the help center included on the Free plan?

Yes. Orka includes a public help center, custom domain and widget Help tab on every plan. AI translation and other AI features start on Pro, with usage billed separately.

Does this also move my conversations and automations?

This guide covers help-center articles. It does not claim to transfer old conversations, agents, inbox automations or external integrations.

What if my import does not work?

Check that the URL opens your public help center as a visitor. If it still fails, contact [email protected] with the source URL and the issue you see.
